Arman Zanjan Alloy Steel Company has been active in the past years under the name of Arman Steel located in Shadabad Iron Market of Tehran since 1374 in the field of procurement and distribution of all kinds of alloy steels, especially spring belts. (Iranian alloy steel) was imported from foreign sources such as RL Steel of India, Asil Celik and Celmer Celik of Turkey, as well as various producers of Ukraine and Russia, but from 2013 onwards due to currency restrictions and the imposition of cruel sanctions by foreign countries, the import of this The products faced many limitations. Therefore, due to the existence of technical knowledge, expertise and sufficient information in the field of production as well as the domestic consumption market, this company is determined to establish a factory for the production of this product, and from 1391 to 1395, for 4 years, it has been engaged in trial production and passing stages in this field. It was tested for errors and subsequently started its production in 2015 under the name Arman Zanjan Alloy Steel Company with registration number 839 located in Khormadreh Industrial Company. With the increase in the quantity and quality of production, in 2016, in addition to being introduced as the founder and exemplary entrepreneur of Zanjan province, an annual license production contract was concluded with Iran Alloy Steel Company (outsourcing production) and a large part of the country’s springs companies’ needs such as It supplied Zar springs, Pars springs, Khavor springs and Salafchagan springs in the form of direct contracts. Then, in 1402, he was selected as one of the main suppliers of this product in Saipa company.
Zanjan Alloy Steel Company, due to its presence in the automotive supply chain and in order to systematize the organization’s processes, succeeded in obtaining the ISO 9001 standard in 1402, and currently around 80 people are working in this complex in two shifts. Zanjan Alloy Steel has defined its short-term, medium-term and long-term goals in line with its vision, which can be examples of increasing the production capacity, developing the product portfolio by rolling various steel sections and grades, and also completing the production chain through The creation of a steel making unit was mentioned.
